Chaotic Serenade was opened on Nov. 12, 2009 by Aurora, sharing it's birthday with it's webmistress. It first started off as an all-purpose neopets graphics site, slowly maturing into what it is now, an (mostly) asian-themed site offering a variety of general graphics and resources.
