    • Fake Vector

    1. So first open up your image in photoshop. I'll be using this one.

    2. Now to duplicate the layer, press Ctrl+J.

    3. Now go to filter >> artistic >> cutout. Now your full screen should be taken up with a preview of your image and a section to the right. Match your settings to mine and press OK.

    4. Now click on the first layer and duplicate it (Ctrl+J). Then drag it to the top and set the blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity. I set it to 50%, but feel free to meddle with it until you like it. My result is below. Please comment in the Cbox if you liked this tutorial or if you have any questions. (:
