This tutorial will show you how to take

and turn it into

1. You open up your program and paste the image that you are going to use into it. For this tutorial I used Emma's Parade Mag Photoshoot.

2. Now you go to Layer>>Duplicate Layer.

3. Now that you've duplicated the layer go to Filter>>Blur>>Gaussian Blur and set it to 3.

4. In the layers palette select Overlay from the drop down menu.

5. Now set the opacity to 50 and you are done! Feel free to expirement with your own ideas and spread the word about this tutorial!
